• How to Prepare Dal Makhani: 

   Soak 500g urad dal whole (black lentil) and 25g rajma in water for 6-7 hours.  Then drain water, boil soaked dal in cooker with water three times the qty of dal with a pinch of veg soda salt to taste.
  Cook till tender. 
  Now heat ghee/butter in a frying pan, add chopped onion, ginger, garlic and fry till golden.
  Add chopped tomatoes and Ganpatjee Dal Makhani Masala fry till ghee separates.
  Then put boiled dal rajma in this, mix, cook with fresh cream and butter, Simmer.  Tasty Dal Makhani is ready.
  Garnish with a zing of the cream line, a piece of butter fresh coriander leaves.
